Area Homesickness! Why have you returned?!

March. I will stay strong until March.

Taken at the Starbucks at Hanston Square, now fast become my favorite Starbs in the world. 

Why? Because at any time, I get to see my students, just like I remember them. I miss my girls! And they’re in college now. So proud of them.

Took Jacqui along with me, since I know she’d understand. :)

One of my favorite video games is the Civilization series. In the game, this statue is considered a Wonder of the World. It’s Jesus reaching his arms out, welcoming, out to hug everything. “Christ Redeemer.”

Some people want to see the Pyramids, or the Statue of Liberty. Today, I swear, I will see the Cristo Redentor.
